                            <p>We provide a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Our trusted partners include
                                Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx. All items are shipped in secure packaging and are fully
                                insured for peace of mind.</p>

                                <li>
                                    <span>Cut-off time :</span> Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
                                    Orders placed after this time will normally be shipped the next working day.
                                </li>
                                <li>
                                    <span>Working days :</span> Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed
                                    on a Friday will be dispatched the following working day.
                                </li>
                                <li>
                                    <span>Important :</span> The delivery address must match the cardholder’s billing
                                    address when making an online card payment.

                            <p>Please note that bullion products are directly affected by fluctuations in the global financial market. For this reason, the right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply.</p>

                                    If an order is cancelled after it has been placed, a £100 cancellation fee (or the equivalent adjustment in the metal’s price) will be charged.
                                </li>
                                <li>
                                  This policy applies to both in-stock and pre-order bullion items.
                                </li>
                                <li>
                                   Refunds are only issued if the cancellation policy requirements are met.
                                </li>
                            </ul>
                            <p class="mb-2">If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or arrange a full refund.</p>
